ergoPOSI PRIVACY POLICY

At ergoPOSI, the security and privacy of our users' personal data are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy explains what data our application collects, the purposes for which it is processed, and how it is protected.

1. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

To perform professional ergonomic risk analyses in workplace environments, the ergoPOSI app collects and processes only the following data:

• Name, surname, age, height, weight, and gender of the employees/individuals being analyzed.

• Workplace, department, and process information.

• Images uploaded via the in-app camera or device gallery during the analysis, used strictly for AI body posture detection.

2. DATA STORAGE AND LOCAL PROCESSING

(OFFLINE-FIRST ARCHITECTURE)

ergoPOSI is designed to operate primarily offline (offline-first) to maximize your privacy.

• Analysis data entered into the application (personal data, analysis results, and photos used during the analysis) is never transmitted to an external server or cloud. (For the exception regarding anonymous hardware data for purchase and license control, see Section 6).

• All collected analysis data and images are stored solely on your device (in the local database) where the application is installed.

• When you uninstall the application from your device, all your saved historical analysis data is permanently destroyed.

3. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFER

Because your analysis data is stored entirely locally on your device, your personal information, workplace data, and analysis photos are under no circumstances shared, sold, or rented to third parties, institutions, or advertising networks.

4. SECURITY

User data is protected by the standard security mechanisms provided at your device's operating system level. PDF reports exported from the app and backup files are saved to your device's local storage. The external security and protection of these files after creation are entirely the user's responsibility.

5. USER RIGHTS

Our users have the right to access, correct, or permanently delete their data at any time. You can instantly delete all your analysis data stored on your device by using the "Settings > Clear History" option within the app or by completely uninstalling the application from your device.

6. ACCOUNT, PAYMENTS, AND FRAUD PREVENTION (IN-APP PURCHASES & SECURITY)

Premium membership and credit purchase transactions within our application are securely processed entirely through the Google Play Billing infrastructure. Your credit card or payment information is never collected, processed, or stored by us.

However, to provide uninterrupted service, protect your account balance, and prevent the fraudulent abuse of in-app promotions (e.g., the 3 free analysis credits) by fake accounts; your anonymous user ID, current credit balance, and your device's unique hardware identifier (Device ID / Android ID) are securely stored in encrypted form on our cloud servers (Google Firebase). This collected hardware information is used solely for app functionality, fraud prevention, and account security purposes; it is absolutely not processed for any other purpose or shared with external parties.
